Monte’s Adventures in Cooking

I took a pair of cooking classes when I was working at a lab at the Ohio State University. I had spent two years in the dorms at the University of Michigan, and I was going to share an apartment with 3 other fellows my third year at UM. While working at OSU, several guys in the department told me of a woman they had taken classes with through the OSU student Union, and that she had decided.to teach in her apartment. I was the only guy in both of the classes. We would cook a complete meal and then sit down and eat it together. Thus started my culinary adventures.
